    Tatiana Williams

    Executive Director & Co-Founder

    Co-Founder and Executive Director of Transinclusive Group,  Ms. Williams has been advocating for the rights and equality of Transgender and LGBTQ+ individuals in South Florida for over 25 years. Tatiana’s work centers on diversity, equity, and inclusion, building powerful relationships with community leaders, elected officials, and national organizations to advance supportive legislation and drive meaningful change.

    In addition to her role as the Executive Director, she also serves on the Board of Directors for the Human Rights Campaign, a Council Member of Equality Florida’s TransAction Council, and the Community Co-Chair of the Florida Department of Health in Broward County’s Advisory Group. Since 2016, she has contributed to  Broward County's Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan, helping shape the Statewide Coordinated Statement of Need for the CDC and HRSA.

    Krys Gordon

    Program Director

    Krys Gordon (she/her) is the Program Director at Transinclusive Group, where she leads culturally responsive programming focused on HIV prevention, healthcare access, and the empowerment of Black transgender and cis women. With over 17 years of experience in people-centered leadership, strategic planning, and community building, Krys blends operational corporate excellence with a deep commitment to liberation and equity.

    She also serves on the Board of Governors for the Human Rights Campaign, helping shape national LGBTQ+ advocacy through a grassroots lens. Known for turning bold ideas into real-world change, Krys builds programs that don’t just serve—they transform.

    Adrianna Tender

    she/her/diva
    Program Manager

    Adrianna Tender is a passionate transgender advocate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. As the Program Manager at Transinclusive Group and founder of Tender Loving Care Trans Mentoring, she uses her lived experience as a Black transgender woman to uplift and empower others, especially those who, like her, grew up without positive representation.

    Adrianna serves on the National Board of Governors of the Human Rights Campaign, the former Vice President of the Dolphin Democrats, Vice President of AHF Flux South Florida, a board member of BLINC, and a member of the Transgender Health In Action Advisory Group of the Broward County HIV Prevention Planning Council. She remains deeply engaged in civic and political organizations and is a devoted member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.

    Mei-Lan Diaz

    Marketing & Communications Coordinator

    Mei-Lan Diaz (they/them) is the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Transinclusive Group, where they develop and lead social media campaigns, craft strategic communications, and design promotional materials to strengthen community engagement.

    They collaborate on multimedia content creation and work closely with media partners to amplify TIG’s mission. Mei also serves as Executive Director of Decrim 305, bringing their advocacy and leadership experience into their communications work. Through both roles, they focus on elevating trans voices and advancing equity and justice.

    Na'stacia Buchanan

    Community Engagement Liaison

    Na’Stacia Buchanan is the powerhouse Community Engagement Liaison at Transinclusive Group, where she builds bridges and breaks down barriers across Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. A former advisory board member turned staff leader, she brings lived experience and fearless advocacy to every room she enters.

    As creator of SWiW—a transformative support space for sex workers—Na’Stacia champions safety, empowerment, and the dismantling of stigma. She also serves as Co-Chair of HRC’s MOVE Committee and Advocacy Director for FLUX, making sure her community is seen, heard, and fiercely protected.

    Manëësh Chatman

    Manëësh Chatman is a dedicated Army veteran, healing practitioner, and the visionary Executive Director of Love and Light: Internal New Consciousness (LLINC). Serving as Director of Harmonizing Masculinity Collective and Senior Program Consultant for Transinclusive Group, Manëësh leads transmasculine-centered healing, advocacy, and community empowerment efforts. As the owner of INNER-G Wellness Health LLC, Manëësh creates transformative spaces that bridge holistic wellness, strategic facilitation, and collective liberation.

Join Our Board

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact?
Transinclusive Group is seeking passionate individuals—especially people with lived experience as transgender, nonbinary, gender diverse individuals, and/or those with deep commitment to racial justice—to join our Board of Directors. In partnership with our existing board, including Co‑Founder & Executive Director Tatiana Williams and President Brayland M. Brown, you’ll guide our work to support and empower T, L, G, B, Q+ communities in South Florida.

As a Board Member, You Will:

  • Champion our mission by helping shape our strategic vision and ensuring we stay grounded in trust, commitment, and inclusiveness.

  • Attend regular meetings, both virtually and in-person, to collaborate on governance and programming.

  • Support fundraising & outreach—using your networks and insights to expand our impact.

  • Act as an ambassador, bringing visibility and connection to our organization across intersectional spaces.

  • Identify as transgender, nonbinary, gender diverse, and/or are deeply committed to serving transgender people of color and LGBTQ+ communities.

  • Share experience or passion in advocacy, social justice, health equity, fundraising, or nonprofit governance.
