About TransInclusive
Who We Are
Transinclusive Group is a Transgender-Led LGBTQ+ tax exempt, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Founded in 2017, Transinclusive Group advocates to protect and defend equality for Transgender and LGBTQ+ individuals in South Florida by building trust and relationships with community providers to end discrimination, stigma, and racial disparities in order to address social determinants of health, with a concentrated focus on serving people of color.
Our mission centers on addressing and eliminating systemic barriers, such as discrimination, stigma, and racial disparities by confronting the social determinants of health that impact our communities. Through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and culturally competent care, we build trust with service providers and institutions to ensure inclusive, affirming, and equitable access to resources. With a concentrated focus on serving Black and Brown individuals, our work uplifts those most marginalized and fosters long-term change rooted in justice and visibility.
Everyone is welcome.
Our organization was built by and for those too often excluded from the mainstream healthcare system. We operate with the understanding that the social determinants of health, including racism, homophobia, poverty, housing insecurity, and lack of access to affirming care must be addressed holistically to improve health outcomes, particularly for those that are most likely to acquire HIV.
As an advocacy driven organization, Transinclusive Group’s goal is to cultivate advocates to take action to influence social, political, and economic systems to bring about change for all TLGBQ+ individuals.
We provide resources and a safe space for transgender, nonbinary and gender diverse people to be their authentic selves.
Our services include a Drop-In Resource Center, Case Management, Referral and Navigation to HIV Prevention Care and Linkage (PrEP, PEP), Condom Distribution, In-Home HIV Testing, HIV Prevention Education and other essential support services.
In addition, our Transinclusive Emergency Crisis Fund (TECF) was established to provide transgender individuals with assistance in their time of need. We serve clients within the tri-county areas (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties).
